Wilshire Center
Wilshire Center is often thought of as being synonymous with Koreatown, which is contained within it. So is Little Bangladesh (which I consider to be larger than the city does -- their definition excludes Meghna!)

It's also home to many Salvadorans, Guatemaltecas, Hondurans, Oaxacans and more. The consulates and/or tourist boards of Argentina, Bahamas, Barbados, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Colombia, China, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Indonesia, Jamaica, Korea, Mexico, Nicaragua, Philippines, Peru, Taiwan, and the US Virgin Islands are all located there.
